One of the best ways we can keep ourselves young as we age and help to train our brains to think differently is by exercising our brains.
Studies show that challenging our brains and the way we think can help delay the onset of debilitating conditions like dementia. But even for those who are younger, exposing ourselves to new challenges and different experiences will broaden our response options to challenges we face in our lives - thinking differently and creatively are always great ways to train ourselves to be “better.”
