Generation Bridge: Learn, Explore and Collaborate with people of all generations to address life's challenges.
She brings over 30 years of experience as an outcome -focused professional development consultant and coach to her business. She has devoted her entire career to helping people understand each other. While this is important in all parts of life, she particularly focuses on communication in business, where communication breakdowns cost time and money, increased turnover, disengaged employees and unhappy customers. She specializes in leadership development, communication, coaching, generations in the workforce, essential management skills, change management, and employee engagement. One of her challenges is to convince people that communication skills do not get delivered by the good fairy via a magic wand. They can be learned and mastered. And then everyone is much happier. She does not guarantee anything that involves communication with teenagers or spouses.
